Tai Chi is back!Don’t miss this chance to experience and learn about the ancient Chinese practice that serves as a great workout.
August 22, two sessions are available:
- Seniors Class: this session is modified, and will make use of chairs for balance and support, and easier stretches/movements at a relaxed pace. It’s best for those with mobility issues and those looking to start out and learn more about the Tai Chi experience. This class will run from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM.
- Regular Class: this will entail a normal Tai Chi experience at an increased pace, and make full use of the body as support for the stretches and movements. Open to all, this class will run from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.Free to attend.
