Chris Himmel and Pam Jacobson will lead this seminar on Tai Chi Ball and the Yang Style Matching Set.
The study of Tai Chi Ball offers us a better understanding of body mechanics and integrated movement.
The Yang Style Matching Set gives us a glimpse of the usage of Tai Chi movements and allows us to practice responding to a partner.
