Qigong or Chi-kung is a practice designed to release stress, heal old injuries, increase energy, calm the mind, improve strength, flexibility and balance and harmonize with nature. Experience the beautiful movements and revitalizing effect of this ancient Chinese art. Classes are open to anyone ages 12 and up. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. Pre-registration is not necessary. Classes are $12 each, this class is the second in a four part series. Classes will be once a week.
