Join us as we spill the tea at NOON for Tammy’s Tai Chi and Tea ☕️This event will begin with a traditional tea ceremony where Tammy Kearce, a certified Qigong instructor and tea aficionado, will brew and serve one of her custom KSI Tea Blends. During the tea tasting, there will be a presentation and Q&A session about the medicinal value of teas and their effect on the body's "Chi" or energy flow. After the tea ceremony, Tammy will lead the group in a short Tai Chi-Qigong flow designed to harmonize the body's energy flow and balance emotions.
