This 4-day (3-night) event requires no previous experience and offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in Tai Chi Qigong and other workshops in a comfortable yet friendly atmosphere surrounded by the harmony of greenery and the blue sea. You will be able to:

Important Notes:
No prior experience is required to join.
Reservations for fewer days than the full event (3 nights / 4 days) are not possible.
If booking a shared room please arrange and inform us of your roommate’s name during reservation. If you cannot determine this NEFES will assist.
We recommend bringing clothing suitable for all weather conditions.

The venue is located 65 km from Antalya Airport 3.5 km from Side center and 4.5 km from Manavgat. Paid transfer services are available through Turquoise Hotel.
Program Overview
Our gathering will feature about 25 hands-on workshops and sessions led by more than 10 experienced teachers from both Turkey and Europe. Classes will run from early morning until evening and you can choose to join as many as you wish – or simply enjoy the warm and friendly environment.
