Let’s keep moving this winter with Tai Chi and Qigong.Tap into your body’s natural rhythm with simple movements designed to improve balance, strength, and situational awareness. You will learn classic moves like; Ward Off, Brush Knee, and Play the Lute.
Our Qigong practice, to cultivate energy, will include dan-tien breathing, Five Element and Open Close moves. Enhance your mind-body connection through inner focus and controlled movement.
This is a 6 week class series, running from Feb 6th through March 13th. You will gain the most from repeated practices and will learn new movements throughout the series. We highly recommend getting the class card and are providing a discount such that each class is $12.50 when you pay for the whole series. It is also fine for you to drop in, or join later in the series, in which case the class is $15 in advance or at the door.
