Join us for an energizing one-hour beginner Tai Chi class with volunteer instructors, Stevens Moore and Toni Nguyen. Learn techniques to improved balance, build strength, and boost flexibility while meeting other novice and supportive Tai Chi students. Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and bring a refillable water bottle. Wednesday Tai Chi begins at 10 a.m. and Saturday Tai Chi begin at 9 a.m. Ages 12+
Meet under the Treehouse Staff Building. Registration is not required.
