This introductory course welcomes all levels – no prior experience is required! This course will touch on four main components:
Qi Gong: Mindful breathing and stretching exercises to activate the body and spirit
Basic Techniques: Flowing, precise postures that make up the Tai Chi form
Push Hands: A two-person drill that teaches balance, yielding and the application of force
Martial Applications: The self-defense purposes behind the movements
