Instructor Sharon Crowell opens each class with an introduction to the Tai Chi principles of Shibashi, a form of Qigong, and then explores a section of the Sun-style Tai Chi form.No experience is necessary. All skill levels are welcome.
This program will repeat every Saturday at 10 a.m. from Jan. 18 to Feb. 22.
