Tai Chi offers a multitude of benefits for body, mind and spirit:

Through its gentle, flowing movements, Tai Chi strengthens the body and promotes better posture and body alignment. Simultaneously, it cultivates mindfulness and enhances mental well-being. These combined benefits make Tai Chi a holistic practice that nurtures physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Through this 6 Week Series that builds on each week, attention is given to proper posture and becoming more aware and centered in each moment. A guided standing meditation will conclude the workshop to help integrate the cultivated energy (also known as Qi or prana).
