Join us for an afternoon of learning and practicing parts I & II of the Tai Chi 24 Forms. This open to all but is especially good for participants who have completed Tai Chi for Beginners. No charge, but donations for the teacher's time is appreciated. The Tai Chi 24 forms is a short routine created in 1956 in China to make Tai Chi more accessible to beginners. It condenses traditional Yang-style Tai Chi into 24 sequential movements, practiced slowly and smoothly to improve balance, relaxation, coordination, and health.
