If you are curious about the benefits of meditation and keen to integrate it into your daily life, these sessions will provide an introduction to essential techniques. We will explore topics such as the nature of the mind, consciousness, motivation, posture, and key aspects of Buddhist philosophy.
Morning sessions will focus on Shamatha meditation, which helps you understand your own mind. You’ll receive guidance on how to abide in calmness and cultivate inner peace. In the afternoon, Tahlia will lead meditations on core Lamrim topics, drawing inspiration from His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s book Illuminating the Path to Enlightenment, with a special focus on Chapter Four: Becoming Inspired to Practise Dharma.
Each session combines insightful theory with practical exercises and concludes with a Q&A to address your questions. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the transformative power of meditation!
Please notice: Handouts will be sent before the workshops. There will be a 90-minute lunch break during the days.

Attending the Lam Rim retreats at Tushita Dharamshala (2014) and a month-long November course at Kopan Monastery (2016) were turning points in her Buddhist studies.
