Colour belt grading: 10am to 12pm.
Coloured belt seminar: 12:30pm to 2:30pm*
Black belt seminar (1st kup and above): 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
*Instructors bringing coloured belt students may attend the colour belt seminar FREE if they are attending the black belt seminar. Other black belts can attend the colour belt seminar for an additional £15.
