Game Changers equips you with the tools to move into the driver’s seat instead of riding in the back. Grounded in real experience, this class establishes the boundaries of success and provides a clear path to making an impact where it matters most—on the fireground, in the firehouse, and within the culture of the department. Participants will leave with practical strategies for creating real change, proven leadership tools, team success criteria, and a roadmap for becoming a true difference maker in today’s fire service.
Instructor Bio
Bryce Campbell is a 16-year fire service veteran and Apparatus Operator with The Colony Fire Department. He previously did 12 years with the Bryan Fire Department. His experience includes academy instruction, technical rescue, wildland operations, health and wellness leadership, and teaching at the TEEX Annual School. Bryce is dedicated to lifelong learning and helping others advance the mission of the fire service.
