Agent Rafael Baez has over fifteen years of experience as a law enforcement officer with over twelve years as a narcotics agent. Agent Baez has spent most of his career
working undercover operations involving narcotics, firearms, and interdiction cases. Agent Baez started instructing in 2015 and has provided training at the local, regional, and national level for the Department of Defense Special Operation‘s and for over a thousand law enforcement officers in Florida.
Agent Luke Healy has over 27 years of service and has conducted numerous investigations with a focus on drug- trafficking organizations. Agent Healy has used a variety of techniques that have dismantled these organizations,
specifically wiretaps, where he has been an affiant in
over 100 wire orders. These investigations have netted hundreds of arrests and successful prosecutions.
Agent Fredy Maestre has over 16 years of law enforcement experience with 10 years of organized crime and human trafficking experience. Throughout his career, Agent Maestre has dismantled multiple drug trafficking and human trafficking organizations.
