The Tactical Strength Challenge is like signing up for a 5K. It’s low stress and fun and gives us, as working professionals, and event to train for. The TSC just happens to focus on strength, as opposed to pure cardiovascular endurance. Join us for fun, one time weekly training for ten weeks. Starts late February and will be on Saturdays 11am-12pm.
$90 for all ten weeks.
