This is a self defense, tactical and combat course unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Get ready for an action packed course in a Close Quarter Combat (CQC) Course, that we split over 3 evening. Attendees will learn the most effective forms of self protection using the OPPS Self Defense System. Within the first 30 minutes of the course, students are more effective and prove to be more dangerous to a potential attacker.
No experience required!
On Point Protection Skills International (OPPS) has traveled internationally to teach both men and women our signature OPPS Self Defense System. The OPPS System was developed to teach our students to defend themselves in real lifesituations. Vincent May, used his 21 years of experience as a former member of the South African Police force and former Secret Security Professional to develop a self defense system that truly works.
When it comes to self defense, it is better to have the power and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
YOU WILL LEARN:
- Situational Awareness
- Mental preparation
- Every Day Carry (EDC)
- Self Preservation Techniques
- Incapacitate an attacker in 2.5 seconds or less
- Learn the first 4 Rules of The OPPS System
- Defense against the most common Un-armed attacks
YOU NEED:
- To bring water and food .
- To dress weather appropriate and comfortable.
- Yoga or training mat
- to dress comfortably
