This course is being hosted by Alachua County Fire Rescue and will be held at their facility.Tactical Emergency Casualty Care or TECC, is a set of best practice guidelines and procedures for managing trauma in high-threat, civilian pre-hospital environments. These guidelines are specifically designed to address the unique challenges and conditions of civilian tactical operations, including active shooter events and other mass casualty incidents.
During this 16 hour course, you will learn the necessary skills to combat this environment and properly deploy life saving methods and extract personnel from tactical or high-threat environments. This class is instructed by licensed paramedics, Tier I & II military operators with real-world, combat and trauma experience.
This course is $305 per person and offers a Nationally recognized 3 year certification.
