Our Tacos, Tequila & Tastebuds evening brings together zesty tacos, fresh seasonal ingredients, rich roasted flavors, cocktails, wines and a handcrafted cocktail designed to brighten the cold days of February with warmth, spice, and fun.
During this chef-led culinary demonstration, you’ll watch each dish come to life as we share techniques, textures, and the secrets behind building authentic Mexican-inspired flavors. We’ll also highlight how our hand-crafted olive oils, balsamics, and spices are made and why exceptional ingredients are the key to truly unforgettable tacos and cocktails.

Fiesta Black Bean & Corn Salad - B lack beans and sweet corn with lime, cilantro, and gentle chili heat.
Creamy Potato & Poblano Chowder with Bacon - Roasted poblano, smoky bacon, and tender potatoes in a creamy broth.
Chicken Enchiladas - Seasoned chicken, warm spices, and rich red enchilada sauce.
Seared Carne Asada Tostadas with Green Chile Crema - Citrus-marinated steak on crisp tostada shells, accented by a tangy green chile crema.

About the Classes: Each class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a tasting of each dish prepared. We will also provide wine tastings with selected dishes. Must be 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds! To receive credit for a future cooking class, a one-week notice is required with a $10 processing fee. Requests must be emailed to [email protected].

Participant grants Grovestone permission to take photographs and/or video recordings for use on Grovestone’s websites, social media sites (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and in publications, promotional fliers, educational materials, derivative works. Participant acknowledges these photographs and/or video recordings may be accessible on the internet. Participant also waives any right to compensation arising from the use of photographs and/or video recordings.
