Kristin Matthews, currently a VP of Consulting at John Burns Real Estate and Consulting and a member of the Traverse Capital Advisory Board, is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience. Having returned to her roots in SLC, Kristin previously held the role of Market Insights Manager at The Ryness Company. With a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Utah and an M.A. in Economics from San Diego State University, Kristin specializes in extensive research and analysis in urban, single-family, build-to-rent, and multifamily housing markets.
At JBREC, she continues to guide clients in making informed investment decisions, combining her expertise, market research, and the thrill of "boots on the ground" fieldwork.
