Did someone say Mexico? Taco de Mayo Invitational is back again for the third year, partnering with the Red Deer Food Bank. Taco de Mayo is a Mexican themed Kitchen Party fundraiser, celebrating with a Mexican flair - there will be tacos, tequila, cerveza, salsa, sombreros, music, dancing and so much more!
This year, we welcome back the Rotary Club of Red Deer East Community Kitchen Chefs, Shane and Michael who bring you an amazing sample of Mexican cuisine with a Taco Buffet, Tequila Lime Shrimp, Esquites, Chips and Salsa and all best toppings!
New to Taco de Mayo - this year we are excited to welcome On The Mark Productions to keep you tapping your toes to a Latin party beat! You might also enjoy our complimentary Salsa Dance lesson!
Admission to Taco de Mayo is by Invitation Only - and admission is free, so reach out to your favourite Red Deer East Rotarian for your invitation! But don't worry, there will be lots of fundraising activities to get involved in, Silent and Live Auction, Raffle, 50/50 and back for the second year our Food Hamper auction!
We are currently looking for interesting items or gift certificates for our Silent and Live Auctions. Do you want to promote your business? We will update our social media and our event marketing to reflect your contribution.
