For six days, we’re celebrating one of the most universally perfect foods ever created: the taco. Versatile, expressive, comforting, and infinitely adaptable—tacos invite creativity in a way few dishes can. This takeover gives us the chance to explore that range with a series of refined, thoughtful, and imaginative preparations.
To make space for this focused lineup, we will be streamlining portions of our regular menu—but rest assured, your Wine Thief crowd favorites will remain available all week long. This is an addition, not a replacement.
Behind the bar, we’re showcasing our deep appreciation for tequila, mezcal, and the greater agave world with a collection of special cocktails crafted for the occasion, including non-alcoholic and THC offerings. Each drink is designed to complement the energy and flavors of the takeover with balance, style, and a sense of discovery.
The Taco & Tequila Takeover is our way of bringing together two things we love—tacos and agave—in a week-long celebration that feels both elevated and fun. We can’t wait to share it with you.
