Adam Watts is the co-founder of Rigby Watts & Company, where he leads all real estate development, investment, and acquisition activities. With a background in medical and office development, Adam has extensive experience in site selection, structuring partnerships, and executing strategic projects.

Before founding Rigby Watts & Company, Adam was the Director of Development & Acquisitions at Northstar Builders, where he oversaw land sourcing, deal structuring, joint ventures, and the development of 16+ medical/office facilities across the Wasatch Front. Prior to that, he worked as a real estate attorney in New York and San Diego, advising on $700M+ in commercial transactions, REIT roll-ups, and real estate mergers and acquisitions.

Adam holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah, a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He currently lives in Sugarhouse with his wife and four boys.
