Get ready for our annual Tack Sale and Swap event! Join us at the Big Blue Barn for a fantastic day of buying, selling, and trading all things equestrian.We're excited to offer a space for you to clear out your old tack and find some new treasures! Whether you're looking to set up a table or just browse, everyone is welcome.
• Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025
• Time: 9 am to 1 pm; vendor set up at 8
• Location: BellaMar Arabians
• Set up fee: $10/spot
If you'd like to set up a table to sell your tack, please keep the following in mind:
• Bring Your Own: You are responsible for bringing your own table, saddle stands, and any other display equipment you may need.
• Plenty of Shade: The barn provides ample shade, so you and your merchandise will be protected from the sun.
• Reserve Your Space: Please reserve your space by November 1st so we can plan accordingly!
Food & Drink
If anyone knows of a food truck or other food or drink vendors that might be available for the event, please reach out!
