Taste-pours of the following wines will be included with your ticket:

- A white Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane blend (similar to Guardians Rkatsiteli)

- An amber Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane blend (Dila-o Amber)

- A rosé Saperavi

- A qvevri-made Saperavi (Dila-o Saperavi)

- A "European-style," non-qvevri Saperavi (Guardians)

Plus, enjoy samples of Georgian small bites!

We will compare modern Western/European winemaking techniques and observe how they influence the same grape varieties. We will have non-qvevri white versus qvevri-made amber for the Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane wines, and non-qvevri rosé and red versus qvevri-made red for the Saperavi.
