We are happy to invite you to the Transform4Europe Alliance’s international conference “Enhancing Professional Excellence: Synergy of Academic and Non-Academic Staff (PROF-SYNERGY)” . The conference will take place on 9-11 April 2025 at Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania.This conference is part of the Transform4Europe Alliance’s conference series. This year’s conference marks a significant evolution as it brings academic and non-academic staff together, aiming to foster a more profound synergy between these groups. During this conference, we seek to create opportunities for meaningful exchanges between academic and non-academic staff, promoting collaboration across professional roles within higher education. This new conference format emphasizes the importance of professional growth and collective development within the educational community.
The conference will cover five main themes: digital learning technologies, innovative teaching methods, resilience skills, lifelong learning competences, developing a culture of quality. The event will also feature innovative presentations, more than 20 different professional development sessions, the T4EU Innovative Teaching Awards and Non-Academic Staff Awards Ceremony, a social programme, a Science Café.
We invite all attendees to actively participate, collaborate, and exchange experiences as we work together to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
