About this Event
Our event is a T-Group Workshop, an immersive and experiential practice designed to focus on the "here and now" to deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and foster authentic connections. Participants engage in real-time relational practice to explore how we impact one another based on our engrained patterns or belief systems. Just as we become aware of the stories we carry about ourselves, we begin to understand the stories we make about others
Who is this for?
This workshop is for individuals seeking personal growth and stronger interpersonal skills. Whether you’re a professional looking to enhance your leadership and communication, a community member building trust within groups, or someone curious about relational practices, this event welcomes anyone committed to self-discovery and authentic connection.

Who are your facilitators?
Nasiem and Alexandra’s friendship began over seven years ago through their shared practice of T-Group. During this time, they supported one of the largest T-Group communities in their home, formed and led by their dear friend Crystallin Dillon. Their mutual passion for fostering community growth inspired them to launch Practice in 2020, a vibrant hub for connection and self-discovery in the space now known as The Alembic.
With a vision of bringing people together through movement, relational practices, and workshops, they built a thriving community that continues to evolve. Today, this dream lives on through Green Yogi, where Practice has found a new home.
Together, Nasiem and Alexandra have co-created workshops, gatherings, and are founding members of a weekly advanced T-Group cohort, embodying their commitment to deep connection and community building.
Tickets for this workshop are $15.
