T-Group: A Relational Mindfulness Practice
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and human connection at T-Group: A Relational Mindfulness Practice. Nestled in the serene embrace of Edgehill Mansion at Dominican University, San Rafael, this experience invites you to peel back the layers of your being and dance in the vibrant tapestry of human interaction.
As we settle into our own embodied self and the warmth of beloved community, you'll dive into a rich pool of experiential exercises and mindful group practices. Here, in this sacred space of authenticity, you'll cultivate the seeds of emotional intelligence and nurture the blossoming of your communication skills.
Through the ancient wisdom of embodied mindfulness and the mirror of collective reflection, you'll unearth hidden treasures within yourself. Watch as the veils of habitual patterns dissolve, revealing the essence of your true nature and opening doorways to profound connections with others.
This practice calls to all beings - from the curious seeker to the seasoned explorer of consciousness. Whether you're on a quest for personal enlightenment, seeking to infuse your professional life with deeper meaning, or yearning to find your tribe of kindred spirits, T-Group offers a sacred container for your intentions to manifest.
You are deeply invited to come into this vortex of transformation, where every breath is a meditation, every interaction a revelation. Reserve your spot in this alchemical crucible of growth and prepare to emerge renewed, recharged, and deeply connected to the pulsing heart of life itself.
