I am so excited to bring another invigorating Techno Flow back to Cork City.
Not sure how you feel about the idea of Techno Yoga?
Think Dark and Cozy Room, Disco Ball, Ambient Beats and Energising Vinyasa Flow.
This will be a playful and powerful movement practice, supported by a carefully curated soundtrack to support your focus and freedom, culminating as always in stillness, leaving you feeling Strong, Centered and Grounded.
