SCWIST’s Systems Change Workshop is a facilitated, interactive experience designed to support leaders, teams, and change makers in strengthening organizational culture and driving lasting change. Grounded in over 40 years of national experience addressing systemic barriers through a gendered and intersectional lens, the workshop explores how structures, behaviours, and decision-making processes interact to shape outcomes across organizations and systems.
