Systemic Leadership Workshop
A toolkit to solve wicked problems
About this Event

The last years & months we have personally experienced that the world around us is growing more and more interconnected, which makes it very powerful but also very vulnerable.

We are more often confronted with complex challenges which are not easily solvable with a 1-off solution. They even carry with them multiple stakeholders, difficult to define root causes and often create solutions that may cause new problems.

As leaders, we must ensure we have sufficient awareness, of these new dynamics, to respond accordingly. Next to a very powerful analytical mindset, we need to train our systemic awareness equally.

In this session, PALO IT’s coaches, and , will shine some light on how to integrate systemic awareness and leadership to untangle challenges patterns.

Interested to learn more and practise with these hidden dynamics and capabilities? Join us on June 1st for a 1-day pilot of our newly created 3-day masterclass. Intent is to experience some of the masterclass’ key modules around systemic leadership and assess their impact together with you.
