About this Event

Overview:

This study day will offer the opportunity to discuss all things associated with Systemic Anti Canter Therapy (SACT) when considering developments in current care provisions. We welcome subject matter experts to share the most up to date information and guidance, as well as highlighting new treatments, and reflect on accessibility to services. This will be a thought-provoking day which aims to inspire, challenge and direct future clinical care for health professionals.

Hypersensitivity guidance updates
Extravasation guidance updates
Demystifying Immunotherapies: Current developments
A patient lived experience through SACT

Intended Audience:

Qualified health care professionals involved in the care of patients having SACT or anyone with a special interest in this patient group, especially nursing and Ph*rm*cy staff

Please note: one livestream ticket purchase is equivalent to one CPD certificate and the name on the ticket will match the one on the booking registration. Venue Information

The Christie Education Centre is located on the 2nd floor in Dept 17 of the main hospital and can be accessed by stairs or lift. Toilets are also on this floor including an accessible toilet. The auditorium has a hearing loop available and ramp access. A prayer room is available and close by. We want everyone attending our event in person to have the best possible experience. We provide regular breaks, access to quiet spaces etc. but If there is anything else we can do to make the day/your experience more comfortable, please let us know
