Here are the options for payment: you can Venmo us at AQMAI JUJITSU@AQMAI-JUJITSU (please choose us as a friend to not incur fees; our emblem is a samurai in red/blue), you can call us at the school (845-298-2177) from 5 to 8 pm Monday through Thursday to use a credit card (4% fee added), or you can write a check made out to AQMAI and mail it to Anthony Quatrochi's Martial Arts Institute, 1299 Route 9, Wappingers Falls, NY, 12590.
We will have you sign a physical waiver when you arrive for the seminar.
If you would like to come to the dinner on Saturday, October 4th at 6:30 pm, please include an additional $35. The meal will be homemade Italian specialties.
We have blocked a set of rooms on Friday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 4th at the Hilton Garden Inn, 25 Westage Drive, in Fishkill, NY, approximately 10 minutes from the seminar/dinner site. You may contact them to reserve at the rate of $237 per night by calling 845-896-7100 and telling them the rooms are saved under Anthony Quatrochi's Martial Arts Institute. The rate is good until September 3rd.
If you wish to use another hotel, there are many in the Fishkill area, and most are in the same general vicinity as the Hilton Garden. A quick google search of "hotels in Fishkill, NY" will show you the selection.
