You will get instructional guidance grounded in experience and wisdom that is unique to this special drum birthing event. This is more than a fun workshop, it's an immersive experience where you'll embrace the Sacred art of drum-making in a vibrant, joyous and supportive atmosphere. You will select a drum frame and hide that resonates with your spirit, choosing between the majestic hides of Elk or Buffalo, and picking a mallet stick that speaks to your heart. We then bless the hides, infusing them with your intentions as the magic of the process begins. After weaving more intentions and prayers lacing the drum together, we will gather for a heartfelt drum ceremony and celebrate the completion of our first day. The next day promises more excitement as you craft your unique drum-playing mallet. We then consecrate the union of your drum and your energy together as we dive into the rhythms and techniques that transform your drum into a powerful tool for connection, healing medicine, and ceremony. You'll learn sacred songs that will echo in your heart as we culminate our time together with a special ceremony to activate the unique energy of your new drum, creating a beautiful bond between you and your creation. Get ready for an unforgettable experience that will leave you inspired and uplifted and bringing home a new friend and ally that will gift you joy, healing,and guidance on your lifes journey!

*Workshop times each day (Fri & Sat) are 12:30-5pm giving time for the drum to dry some overnight Fri. evening into Sat.
