Jessica is a Breath Alchemist & Multidimensional Wellness Guide & Ceremonialist, committed to sharing her love of the breath in a multitude of ways! At the foundation of every offering she facilitates is Conscious Connected Breathing. In 2018 she completed her 200hr YTT with Eoin Finn of Blissology Yoga and after pursued further training through Nicole Marcia of Yoga Outreach in Trauma Informed Yoga, which in 2020 lead her to Trevor Yellich of Numa Somatics.
Why is she such an advocate for the breath? The breath is a sacred communion with Spirit that opens and clears energetic channels to consciously create space for what is ready to be birthed anew! When we consciously choose to breathe, we are showing up for ourselves in one of the most self-loving acts there is. AND when we combine Yoga, Dance & Breathwork + Community? The synergy felt is undeniable & ripe for conscious creation!
