The final Synergy in Vancouver for the foreseeable future~

This will be a special Friday evening edition pulling together Vern’s favorite 3 practices before he steps away from Synergy to create more space to pursue his other goals. Synergy will be then carried with Estara as she listens to the Universe and decides what magic is to unfold.

The Practices: Kirtan, Contact Dance, Ecstatic Dance and a Sound Bath to integrate.

Practices of presence and expressions of the soul these arts create the opportunity for us to come together and liberate our hearts. Flowing free in one final “HOORAH!” to close out a chapter and open a new one.

~This is a space to move to the beat of your heart, the rhythm of the depths of your being, and the spaces in-between sounds.
Your movement is your authentic art, waiting to be poured out onto the canvas of space and time. ~

It’s been phenomenal almost 3 years of sharing within the community. We; Estara & Vern are so grateful for everyone who has participated in creating the energy that these events have been. It is a collaboration of everyone present.
We’re also very excited to be passing the torch to Astika, Miranda, & Kevin of Alchemy Dance. Alchemy was created from the seeds of inspiration of Synergy and has been percolating in Maple Ridge and Abbotsford. Now we pass the torch to them and

Synergy will continue to unravel in Estara’s heart and hands as she transitions to island life. Stay attuned in for these evolutions~

Again thank you all so much. It’s been a wild ride and we are stoked to send it off with you for one last beautiful gathering!
