About Synergy's Hackathon:
On February1-3, a diverse group of builders, designers, coders, dreamers, and doers converged at The Green Village @ TU Delft. Together with our partners, including Alliander, Essent, Vattenfall, TU Delft, Gemeente Den Haag, Provincie Zuid-Holland, and Antea, we embarked on a 48-hour journey to design, connect, and build the future of energy. Our mission is clear: to foster a world where energy flows freely between everyone and everything, calling for systemic innovation in today’s energy reality.
Kick-Off new initiative:
René ter Veer and Vera Hofman met each other at the hackathon and found that together they form the perfect Synergy of technological ingenuity and social entrepreneurship.
They felt their concept could be a good solution for grid congestion and in the days that followed this feeling was confirmed. Local authorities, network operators, energy coöperations, universities and social housing associations, everyone is interested and the first pilots will be launched soon.
Stichting Oranje Advies will present its groundbreaking concept and together with you we will celebrate their Kick-Off.
