Sound is a powerful and gentle way to return back to your natural rhythm, balance and flow. Through guided meditation and the use of gongs, Tibetan bowls, drums, crystal bowls etc. an invitation is created to leave the stress and chaos of the world and enter into a calmer, more peaceful state of being. Embodied and rooted in natural law, sacred sound immersions saturate your cells, your mind and your spirit imprinting more harmonic and coherent communication throughout your system. When in harmony everything works better!
