There is also Gong Fu tea service in the front room, as part of Soft Medicine's weekly Synes-TEA-sia offering; from 7-10pm, asking $5/person.

~ 5Rhythms Fearless Waves~
An invitation to move courageously with your whole self, guided by Meaghan, aka Tiggrr Fearless. Drop into the body. Catalyze the heart. Break through mental concept. Move with spirit. Let your soul dance.
Meaghan is a lifelong student of the poetry of movement, and a lyrical dancer and artist by nature. She hails creatively from the east coast underground, where she studied experimental theater, performed spoken word, and produced transformational dance parties in community for a couple lifetimes. She has since migrated to rural California and settled in west Sonoma county, via the winding road through Black Rock City.
Reclaiming, unshaming, and proclaiming our personal and collective wild nature is her passion.
She leads Fearless Waves biweekly in Sebastopol, is a co-teacher at 5Rhythms Berkeley Friday nights, and creates weekly catalyzing movement mixes online for the larger community.
~ About the DJ: Haj ~
DJ Haj is a globally minded DJ with bass inclinations. Reaching into the past and looking to the future, Haj has musical roots that run deep. He facilitates conscious dance spaces from coast to coast, alongside beloved communities on the Big Island of Hawaii. Co-founder of Sub Swara, Freek Factory and resident DJ of Body Temple in NYC, Haj has a storied history of creating and DJ’ing transformational, ecstatic events. Mixing his own unique blend of Coyote-Space-Hop, International Freekbeatz and other floor rumbling hi-djinx. Music of the soul.
Ecstatic Dance guidelines:
-no conversation on the dance floor (yes everywhere else)
-no shoes on the dance floor (yes barefoot and socks)
-no phone use or photography (yes presence)
-no intoxication (yes dance medicine)
