Sync or Swim is the new lip sync battle where YOU decide who rises to the top. Not only will teams come with a choreographed number, but they will also have to improvise their way to victory. Using the audience votes, there will be an epic battle on stage with only one heroic winner. Hosted by Jordan Boyd and Nate Hadley.
