Symposium Retreat - Earth Soil
About this Event

This is Earth Soil. An incredible retreat to restore, detox and tune into positive vibrations! As well as developing creative practice for holistic practitioners. Join us as we celebrate the here and now, the healthy matter that grounds us, neutralises our energy and helps us grow. We often escape earth as we hustle through stresses of life, but we can find the stability once we reconnect with the power of now, the sensation of the earth soil under our feet and the trust we can offer it to catch and absorb anything that doesn't serve us.

Donations from this event are to support charities and people living with Sickle Cell disease.

Delivered by an amazing line up of wellness coaches, sessions include Africana Somatics, Movement Psychotherapy, Visual Art life coaching and Afro Yoga Dance. Bringing you plenty of self care and nourishment.

Practitioners include: Victoria Ashudu (MA), Stephanie Camille (MFA) and Danielle Osajivbe-Williams (MA) and Keisha Grant.

After the success of the first on line event last year, this is one live meet up not to be missed!

Schedule:

Day 1: Saturday 16 October 12.30pm - 5pm: Art Life Coaching, Group Movement Psychotherapy and Africana Somatics.

Day 2: Sunday 27 October 11am - 2pm: Flow Practice® (Afro, Yoga), Nidra and Restorative Yoga

Unlimited / Day 1 & 2: £42 // 1 Day : £30
