Hear a lively concert of showpieces performed by your own Symphony Nova Scotia musicians! Conducted by Music Director Holly Mathieson, this spotlight on the Symphony highlights the virtuosic chops of our wonderful wind soloists and our Concertmaster Renaud Lapierre. Mozart’s Sinfonia concertante is the perfect platform for bright, vivid colours from our woodwind musicians, while Renaud brings his crystalline technique to Vasks’ distinctive and achingly beautiful Distant Light.
