Join us for the debut of Symphony of the Soul: A Night of Music and Mindfulness. This pioneering and heart enriching experience at the majestic FIM Capitol Theatre in Flint Michigan is a first-of-its-kind immersive symphonic breathwork journey led by Vivian Rosenthal founder of Frequency Breathwork featuring musicians of the Flint Symphony Orchestra.

This event marks the beginning of a new era in holistic wellness – where music and mindfulness come together in perfect harmony. This immersive and uplifting experience is designed to bring you into your heart through the weaving together of meditation and live symphonic music set against a backdrop of stunning sacred geometry projections.

The event begins with a short introduction to breathwork, a mindfulness meditation practice that is deeply calming and restorative. Participants are invited to sink into a state of tranquility with the option to follow along with the guided breathwork meditation or simply soak in the sounds of the music and the beauty of the animated projections.

This event is more than a concert it’s a space of connection. It’s a call to come together as a community forging new friendships uplifting ourselves and one another in a shared transcendent experience.

Symphony of the Soul culminates in a moment of silent reflection allowing the audience to internalize their experiences. The event closes with a feeling of rejuvenation harmony and a profound connection to both the self and the surrounding community. It’s an unforgettable experience that nurtures the mind body and spirit leaving participants with a sense of peace and well-being that lingers long after the final note has faded.

Proceeds from ticket sales support a pioneering breathwork study being held at the Diamond Rose retreat center in partnership with the Heroic Hearts Project a non-profit organization serving U.S. military veterans. The study aims to show the efficacy of breathwork to treat PTSD and help alleviate mental health struggles.
