Rest and relax in the stillness of winter and the quiet dark of the year's first new moon with an immersive indoor Winter Sound Bath Concert led by accomplished sound healer and musician Brooke Smokelin.This 75-minute “deep listening” meditation with Brooke’s beautifully harmonious crystal bowls invites you to slow down, reset your seasonal rhythm, and renew your connection to yourself at the start of the year.
The concert will be held in the auditorium, with participants in a seated, upright position.
