Symphonic Gong Bath & Ceremonial Cacao

Opening with a gentle 20g dose of organic, fair trade, ceremonial cacao, be guided through some soft yoga movements, meditation and mantra before lying down to receive a 62 minute Symphonic Gong bath.

Please bring with you:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Eye pillow
• Breathable clothing
• Special mug / cup for Cacao
• Plenty of water
• Pillow if needed
• Open heart, flexible mind, community spirit
• Note book & pen in case you want to record any reflections

There are 3 different tickets available, please choose the one that best reflects your circumstances. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and supports my work.

Cacao is included in your ticket price. If you would prefer not to have cacao, please let me know when booking so I can prepare you something else instead.

Cacao is organic, ceremonial grade and ethically sourced.

Please arrive at 6.45pm, doors will be closed at 7pm.
