sYINergy- Yin Yoga + Crystal Singing Bowls

Each class begins with an introduction, a mindfulness or body presence practice, and then into the yin poses, coupled with the beautiful tones of crystal singing bowls. Both together help you find ease and comfort in each of the well-informed yin-yoga shapes. The end of class finishes with a savasana, or a comfortable pose to re-set for the rest of your day.

What Can I Expect in a Yin Yoga class?

Postures

Yin yoga poses are held for 2–5 minutes or longer, and are meant to stimulate the body's meridians, connective tissues and strengthen ligaments and joints

Focus

Yin yoga focuses on the body's deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and bones. 

Benefits

Yin yoga can help improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility, and can also reduce stress and anxiety.

Crystal Singing Bowls induce a meditative practice involving the use of resonant, vibration and tones.
