This medicine circle has run since 2015 and is all about learning how you uniquely journey, to then heal or transform yourself and gain insight into the more subtle aspects that make up your day-to-day experiences.The circle allows people to explore their freedom of expression and learn how to move forward with that intent. It is an experience of connecting in person and communing in spirit, outside of time and space, to; gain personal insight, resolve, and move forward.
Attending this circle will teach you to journey, understand what you are experiencing in the journey, and begin to understand the symbology of your inner world. It deepens your experience of yourself.
This is a shaman facilitated and supported work. Expect a deeper experience of yourself, ideal for those looking for an edge.
Angela comes to this circle with 15 years of yoga teaching experience. She claims that whilst yoga's physical, emotional and mental benefits are undeniable, its greatest gift was how it opened a journey of self-discovery! She affirms that magic self-discovery and the wonder that comes with this deepening knowledge of the self is the magic that fuels her desire to explore and own these more profound aspects. To open this dance between the ego and the creator self, with the limited self versus the unlimited, knowing somewhere in all that we are enough.
Brad joins Angela and we aim to share with people a core shamanic experience free of ceremony and ritual. The very engine of this shamanic experience is in connecting and communing, which is literally tens of thousands of years old. This was passed to Brad from his female healing lineage. Brad is a shaman trained only in his family lineage since 2012 when the lineage decided it was time to come forward through him.
This type of medicine circle has run almost monthly in Cairns since 2015 and in Sydney several times a year. We drum, sing, shamanise and move energies. Such a long-standing circle encounters many things and many people. This rich developing experience is being shared with Angela, to do the same in her community in sunny Sutherland.
Group sizes are under ten people, this gives us enough time to explore intentions and journey experiences and their interpretation.
Shamanic work gives you what is needed, not necessarily what you think you want. So it provides a great way to break out of the unseen life patterns and cycles that limit or inhibit a fuller, more meaningful and nourishing existence.
