Paul Scully MP Minister for Planning and Public Spaces - Sydney
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is delighted to host a special breakfast event featuring the Hon Paul Scully MP, New South Wales Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, to discuss the State Government’s latest initiatives to tackle housing affordability and supply shortages.
The Minister will outline how the NSW Government is reforming planning systems and accelerating approvals to deliver more diverse, sustainable and well-located housing including key initiatives such as the NSW Pattern Book.
RICS and its members play a vital role in ensuring that rapid housing delivery aligns with quality, affordability and sustainability goals.
This event forms part of RICS Australia's ongoing work with government to advance the usefulness of the surveying profession in the public interest particularly with respect to the construction, land and property sectors.
