- John Buchanan is the Co-Director of the Mental Wealth Initiative and a Professor in the Business Information Systems Discipline at the University of Sydney Business School. John is an expert in labour market structuring and its implications for skills and education. Current research interests include the future of expertise and social solidarity in a world of mass underemployment and AI.
– Jo-An Occhipinti is Head of Systems Modeling, Simulation & Data Science; and Co-Director of the Mental Wealth Initiative at the Brain and Mind Centre, University of Sydney; and Managing Director of Computer Simulation & Advanced Research Technologies (CSART) Ltd. She has experience in leading transdisciplinary teams that work at the intersection of systems science, data science and health sciences to improve the health and wellbeing of populations through the development of interactive decision support tools, using systems modelling and simulation. These tools are used by government departments and service planners to forecast the impact of alternative decision options before they are implemented in the real world; saving time and resources.
