The Stollery Women's Network invites you to our second annual Wellness Event presented by the Thompson Family Foundation in support of the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
Treat yourself to a fantastic day at the Westin Edmonton. You'll be welcomed into an activated space where energizing morning snacks await you. Sip on complimentary bubbly and browse local wellness vendors with your gal pals before your first wellness session - your choice of a yoga, meditation, qi gong, nutrition, or basic self defense class.
When we gather together after our first breakouts, lunch will be ready. Enjoy your power bowl and soak in the vibes with our DJ, photobooth, and more.
The afternoon will kick off with our keynote speaker who will inspire us with her message on healing and self discovery.
Then hop up and put that athleisure chic outfit to good use at our second breakout sessions. There's time for more shopping and networking before send you home feeling invigorated – and with a sweet swag bag to boot!
